Very messy and very old furniture. Not private beach, only a small poll(most on shadow) with about 15 sun beds. Very narrow parking garage.

aparthotel, perfectly located in Sunny Beach right on the beach close to the city centre and Nessebar old town. The hotel is split into 2 identical parts: Golden Ina (a hotel) and Golden Rainbow (aparthotel). There is a small outdoor pool between the hotel and the beach (not heated). We had a sea view 2 bedroom apartment with 1 big balcony facing the sea. The rooms were big and the kitchenette was well equipped. Towels were changed daily and cleaning was done frequently We did not eat in the hotel, as there is only all inclusive option, but there are several options around the hotel, including a beach bistro. At the pool there is a beach bar. Parking is available underground for 10 eur/day. At the beach there is a free part and a paid part. Paid one is 5 eur/sunbed plus 5 eur for the umbrella/day. We had a small issue with a missing beach towel from the balcony. We would have been better to be a breakfast option also. Beds are not so comfy.

Excellent sea view from the balcony. Situated on the beach. Spacious rooms. Value for money. Extra payment for underground parking and the beds and umbrellas on the beach in front of the hotel. The furniture is quite old and should be replaced.

Only location is beachfront, everything other was terrible. There are no restaurant on site, not free internet, no cleaning, dirty carpets on corridors, insufficient and slow elevators, rude staff...

One bartender lady was a bit rude.

We took the 2 rooms apt and we were impressed about the space that we've had (we were 4). Also, everything was clean? PS: they are cleaning the rooms daily, even that you stay just 2 nights. First of all, there were some little issues. The doorknob from the entrance was broken and every time when you want to close the door, it remains in your hand. Also, we paid at the hotel for the breakfast 15 leva, but all I can say is that I really don't recommend it (everything oily, the scrambeled eggs were in some juice, not some diversity). If you are coming with the car, you should expect to pay for the parking (we were at the underground parking and paid 40 leva for 2 nights). In the day were we supposed to leave, actually the elevator had a technical problem and nobody helped us with the luggages...the reception is open after 10 am in the sunday (at least that was told by the security man) and beside the reception guy, anyone don't understand/speak English. PS: you should expect to make about 20min until arrive in the heart of Sunny Beach, of course on a walk.
