Hotel Azurro - All Inclusive

Property was spotless, the cleaner on our floor worked tirelessly. Great location. All Inclusive : food was good with a good variety. The receptionist was awesome and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. (Danka thank you) Some of the staff in the dining room were extremely rude. As an all inclusive bar, two bar staff are needed. It was too much work for one person. Perhaps a few more sun beds needed by the pool. Outside pool bar should be used, it is a waste not being used and it would be much better.

Nothing! Maybe it was a little bit near beach than other hotels with better conditions The place was dirty everywhere, and there was a terrible smell—more like sewage than food. The bathroom had a strong sewage odor, and it hit you as soon as you walked in. The floors were dirty and greasy, and the plates were wet, making it hard to find a clean one. The spoons and forks felt greasy and weren’t properly washed. The food was uninspired and unappetizing, and the awful smell made it even worse. Additionally, the hotel was very crowded, and the restaurant was overwhelmed. It was awful because you had to wait around 10 minutes to get a table, and once one became available, you had to rush to grab it just to have a place to eat, especially during dinner times. We paid 100 euros per night for two adults and a 9-year-old child, which seemed expensive considering the conditions we were offered. We chose this hotel thinking it would be closer to the beach, but we regret it. I tried to speak with the manager on the first day and told him I wasn’t happy and wanted my money back. He refused and didn’t give me a refund. I had to stay for six nights because I had booked a six-night stay through a special offer, but he wouldn’t talk to me. Instead, he told me to contact Booking.com. I called Booking.com and sent them photos, but they didn’t do anything either. So, I ended up spending six days just waiting for the concert to be over. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and equipped with towels. The food was delicious and varied. In the afternoon, locally baked pizza and ice cream were distributed. Alcoholic drinks are available in the bar. The pool and room were cleaned every day. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The cleaning lady did not want to change the towels, citing that she only changes them after 7 days, that is, after we left the accommodation. The staff speaks very little English, only one of the assistant boy spoke well. The evening before leaving, we discussed with the receptionist that we would ask for a late check-out, and the next morning another receptionist informed us that we could not stay because the hotel was full. Smoking on the terrace of the restaurant is disturbing. In the restaurant, there was no cake as dessert, only fruit and a kind of pudding.
