Good value for the money. The most of the staff are correct. They should invest a little bit in the bed mattresses. Big choice of food.
-
Big lobby! Apartment and studio are good, if they give you the right size for your family. Pool was clean! Restaurant was big, there is outdoor seating too. Bulgarian staff was helpful , the other ones they just don’t know what is going on! Double rooms are small, even if you pay for bigger sq feet, they aren’t any! There wasn’t a lot variety of food! Even there is a sign no reservations to lounge chairs, everyone is leaving their towels by 8am. The tall lady with black hair has attitude problem at reception, everyone else is super nice! Pillows need replacing and shower curtains!

The hotel has a convenient location in Sunny Beach, with easy access to the beach, shops, and nearby attractions. The common areas of the hotel were generally pleasant, and the pool area itself was enjoyable when available. The staff at the reception were polite when we approached them, and we appreciated their willingness to listen when we reported the issues. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay did not meet the expectations for a 4-star All Inclusive hotel. The biggest issue was that the services advertised in the All Inclusive package did not match what was actually provided. According to the description, the pool bar should have been open from 09:00 to 23:00, but during our stay it was closed. The advertised snacks between meals were also not available as described. Instead of the promised mini sandwiches, pizza, French fries, sweets, hot drinks, juices, and beer, only a very limited selection, such as biscuits and sausages, was offered. The room condition was disappointing. The room was not properly clean, and the side of the bed was heavily stained, which raised concerns about hygiene. The bathroom shower was broken – the shower head would not stay in place and water was leaking from the connections, making it difficult to use. We reported the problem to the reception, but it was not repaired during our stay. The free Wi-Fi provided by the hotel was not working, which caused additional inconvenience. Another major disappointment was the lack of communication and response from the hotel. We tried to report the problems during our stay and also contacted the hotel through the Booking.com messaging system before departure to give them an opportunity to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, we received no response. Overall, the quality of services, room condition, and All Inclusive experience did not correspond to what was advertised or expected from a 4-star hotel.

The cleaning ladies were extremely pleasant and the rooms were clean all the time. The dinner last couple of stays was underwhelming. Even tho the dinner was supposed until 9 there was no food ar even 8.

Room smelled moldy, my wife had a strong allergic reaction, had to go to hospital; food was medium to bad, low variety, they didn't replace all foods when it was low or gone

i liked the location, close to the beach and nice pool and view. I didn’t like some of the stuff, i found a bug in my room on the second day, i told the staff and the lady from the reception didn’t really care, she shrugged her shoulders. And the sheets were kind of dirty. Almost the same food everyday, it was nice but not much diversity.

The view to sea side from the room's balcony. The hotel location close to the beach and the well maintained pool. The apartment is large, has two bathrooms and a functional air conditioned. If you don't have too much exceptions, is good; recommended for no more than 2-3 days at a sensitive high cost. The worst experience is the All Inclusive concept and management. It is mentioned in reviews, but I did not believe can be so bad! Have to stay in line 15...20 min, have to wait for a plate for another 10...15min (not enough plates, spoons or forks). Finding a free table is an adventure. Do not expect to find a free sunbeds on the pool area during the day. Cleaning in the common areas like restrooms need improvement. The personal in the restaurant is young and they do not have all the training proper done to respect the safety of tourist. Drinks are served in majority of the cases in plastic glasses. Do not expect to see a space like 4 stars, it is 3 stars hotel; I don't know how they got 4. The furniture in the Booking rooms are old and damaged. Sofa bed is not flat, cannot sleep on it. There is some mold on the balcony. Bed small in the bathroom. The way the hotel is managing the collaboration with partners, like parking management is poor! The area is full, I was informed by one price in advance by the hotel and the parking staff asked to pay one extra day, they did not calculated every 24h parking (asked to pay 3 days for two nights booking!). I don't recommend for long vacation (more than 2-3 days).

The staff, the food, the service

100m to the beach. Surrounded with markets, souvenir shops. Restaurants Clean room. Nice sea view. We can stay without air-con. Friendly receptionist. Check-in and check-out very quickly. Food is just normal, repeatly and only food court standard. There are not enough table in dining room so the first day we had to walk around almost 15 mins to find a table. Breakfast is from 7 to 10, and dinner is from 18:30 to 21:00. So you better come at very first or after 8:30 for breakfast and 20:00 for dinner.

Absolutely nothing!!! Our stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple hygiene and maintenance issues, and we could not enjoy any aspect of the property. Do not stay here no matter what! We had an all-inclusive package, but in reality nothing felt included. The meal selection was extremely poor, and the restaurant hygiene was shocking. Dishes and cutlery were greasy and dirty — we often had to go through 7–10 plates or sets of cutlery just to find one that was presumably clean. If you want to risk getting sick and pay for it, this is the place. The bathroom was in terrible condition: visible mold, a shower area so small you can’t stand behind the curtain (even a child couldn’t fit), causing the whole floor to flood when used, plus a sink that was mostly clogged. No shower gel was provided. We reported all these issues to the hotel, but no one showed the slightest concern or interest in addressing this serious health risk. We also flagged everything to Booking.com with photos, but the customer service response was far below the standard we’ve experienced before — nothing changed. We ended up eating in nearby restaurants instead and were relieved we had only booked two nights, as we were on a motorcycle trip and could continue to Sozopol. This place is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in our experience it doesn’t even deserve 2 stars. We have stayed in many 3-star hotels that were vastly better. You can’t get a drink anywhere on-site without paying extra, and parking is charged separately despite being misleadingly presented as hotel-controlled — a clear attempt to overcharge guests. Moving on to another 4-star hotel in Sozopol was a huge relief and a reminder of what proper hospitality looks like.

Great location near the beach and tourist section. Lots of food and selection, mostly Bulgarian, but something for everyone. Our room had a kitchenette and nice sitting area and huge bed and balcony overlooking the sea and pool. The all inclusive food bar was way too small and drink selection limited to basic mixes The rugs could be cleaner. Parking was 20 leva per night.
