We traveled as a family of four and stayed for four nights. The staff is polite, helpful, and hardworking. The cleaning staff was especially friendly—they knocked almost daily at the door and offered to change the towels and take the garbage. The hotel is okay. The room was in decent condition and clean. They have balconies where you can relax or enjoy a drink. The air conditioner worked, there was hot water, and we didn’t have any problems with the appliances. The room also had cutlery and plates, although you don’t really need them. The hotel has three buildings: the main one with 14 floors, and two smaller ones. We were in one of the smaller buildings. The free parking was a huge plus for us—they have a decently sized parking lot, and most of the spots are in the shade, which is nice. The reception area is nice and clean. They also have a gaming corner with some arcade games, air hockey, table football, and others. The food was decent, especially the sweets. Drinks were okay as well. The best part about this hotel is its location—very close to the beach and in the center of Sunny Beach, near everything: stores, an amusement park, restaurants, and more. Being in the center and having free parking is a big plus. Another great value is the aquapark. For kids, it matters a lot. The slides were working, and they do have a lifeguard. You can have some fun there, but be careful—some guests tend to exaggerate a bit. It’s a good option for middle-class families or couples without very high expectations. All in all, it was a nice experience. Don’t expect the food to be a “culinary experience”—it’s not five-star Michelin. It’s just decent all-inclusive food, and you’ll surely find something you like. The only disadvantage or negative part I could find was the fact that in full season, dinners and lunches can be a little crowded, there are a lot of guests and not a lot of tables, although they do have space in the yard. An investment in another paved area in the garden with 10, 15 tables would be a huge improvement for the hotel. We had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes with plates in hand to find a table one evening, wich isn't very pleasant.

The pool was good, the water slides also! In the room good but very old, the food not the best but you can choose something to eat, good coktails, and changing the towels every day. Beds are too unconfortable, dirty on the pool, only one wc near the restaurant, the restaurant is too small for so many people and at the first day you cannot use the all inclusive till 14, so you need to go out to eat something.

The food, the pool and the very friendly and helpful staff. The free parking lot and location. The slides need fixing, they scratch your back and tear the bathing suits. The furniture in the rooms was very old and it smelled badly and I didn’t like the beds, the matresses kept sliding and this was very uncomfortable.

We stayed twice in July in Iskar Hotel, this time we booked a double room in the higher building. This room was smaller compared with the one in the smaller building. We had the view on the pool and the city. The service and food were very good, the value for the price is very good.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, in different rooms (and also different buildings) because our reservation for 3 nights was cancelled due to overbooking. This review is for the studio (larger room) in the small building. The room is very spacious, it was clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. The meal (all inclusive) was very good and also the drinks. The hotel is located very near to the beach. The pool is very nice, with water slide and also the garden. The hotel has its own private parking which is very good. Overall the price for the value was very good. The restaurant is a little bit small for the all tourists in the hotel when it is fully booked.
