We liked the room space and the balcony space. The room was not clean. The beds were terrible. The sheets were damaged with holes in them and so were the towels. Bathroom had water damage and the bath was hard to get out of. The hotel was missing investments and improvements so it seemed like it was last remodeled back in the '90s. Breakfast was satisfactory but with low quality food and drinks. Dinner was even poorer than breakfast. At the restaurant were 3-4 cats that were extremely annoying clinging to the guests and jumping on the chair with you while eating. When there was no serving done at the restaurant the cats were sitting on the table and on the chairs. The pool area was also damaged with tiles falling off. Also lacked cleaning and the outside showers were not working.

Please be careful when you go there . They can steal from you and then they will fight . Call the security because they need to return your advance money taken for towel and they never give money back . Cheapest and horrible people working there . There was nothing we didn't like.

Unfortunately, I was assigned a room on the first floor, right next to the lobby entrance. This location was quite unpleasant because I could hear absolutely everything happening in the hallway. Furthermore, the room was situated directly across from the housekeepers' room, and starting at 7 AM, the noise was considerable: trolleys being pulled, noisy buckets, loud conversations, and the sound of mops being washed. This significantly impacted the quality of sleep and relaxation. In conclusion, Hotel Ivana Palace has a lot to offer in terms of facilities and services, especially for families. However, more attention to room allocation and morning noise management would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

It is close to the beach, but the hotel's own pool is also excellent. Find restaurants with really good food nearby Breakfast

Room: The room was satisfactory. We particularly appreciated the effort of the housekeeping staff; the cleanliness provided by them was very satisfactory. Staff: The staff was excellent, deserving a perfect score for their service, although they sometimes appeared shy about engaging in conversation. Pool: The pool's cleanliness was disappointing, with visible dirt along the edges that detracted from the experience. This area definitely needs improvement. Food: The food was generally edible but underwhelming, meriting a 5/10. I would recommend dining outside the hotel, perhaps with the exception of breakfast, which was passable.

Big spacious room, big balcony, enough various breakfast and supper. Very good accommodation for that price.

Great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Spacious room with god size of balcony. Pool have a good size with inflatebles of various shapes and sizes. Guests can use any for free. Nice pool and reception/hall bar. Good value for money. This is not 4 stars holet, more like 3 stars. The bathroom need a renovation. Beds bit soft for my taste. Food was good but they should have more variatios.

Lovely hotel. Staff friendly, great location, close to restaurants and bars. Breakfast could be better. But everyone has different tastes.

The location. Clean room. The breakfast was basic

- a lot of improvements over last years - bar staff and cocktails :) - nice and clean room - hard working housekeeping staff - huge parking - location (short distance to sea, a lot of restaurants around) - pool area - breakfast could be better

- Hotel and the pool were clean - Large free "private" parking space - Location is quiet and close to the beach - Comfortable beds - We had a large room with big balcony on the last floor - The property is accessible also for outsiders so anyone could just come and swim - Parking space is unpaved and with no entry control so also here outsiders could potentially park (this was confirmed by the fact that no one asked us what is the plate number of our car) - Bathroom needs renovation - Very slow internet - Average breakfast

PROS The receptionists were cold but helpful. Room service was excellent. They cleaned the floor (which was covered in sand) every day. I left my laptop in my bag during the day, and nobody tried to snatch it. That was good. There is a minimarket in the main hall where you can get all the basic necessities (sun cream, alcohol, towel, etc.). There is a bar near the pool and another one in the main hall, which was also good. CONS The restaurant is the worst place in the hotel. The food was average, but be prepared for long queues after 8:30 in the morning and in the evening too. Just make sure to be one of the first to eat every evening. There is a lack of tables for guests, and the setup of the serving tables is poorly designed. If they allowed access for guests from both sides of the serving tables, all the queues would disappear. Nobody smiles at you. It's a family hotel with all the pros and cons that come with that.
