Exceptional customer care! I felt wonderfully taken care of, both by the hotel owners and the staff in the restaurant! Huge, clean room, free parking, great location and delicious food in the restaurant. Everything was more than wonderful!

The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was also very well situated near the beach. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel also has a great restaurant.

There was.a 10% discount at tbe restaurant for the people staying there which was mostly unapplied, but overall, good service and good value for the money spent.

On the overwhelmingly positive side, the staff were absolutely wonderful – incredibly nice, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotlessly clean, easy to navigate, and very convenient. The shower was excellent, with great pressure and plenty of hot water. We also greatly appreciated the free parking, which made everything hassle-free. The location is fantastic, with everything we needed close by and easily accessible. The breakfast was truly amazing! There was a fantastic selection of delicious food, and the hostess in the dining area was exceptional. She was so attentive, friendly, and went out of her way to provide everything we asked for, making our mornings a real pleasure. Unfortunately, the beds were really uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, we were surprised that we had to pay for beach towels, which felt like an unnecessary extra charge for a basic amenity.

Polite guys, meet us when we arrived - in the parking, supermarket & checked in. A bored lady at the evening & on the check out. The sofa is not comfortable for sleeping even for a night.

Location of Lotus Family Hotel is perfect, just 3 minutes to the free beach. Room was very specious and well equipped and we had especially appreciated very high ceiling. People working at the reception were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was everyday fresh and tasty.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was super nice, the room nice and spatious and the food at the restaurant was very good. We tried some other restaurants but this one had the best food. It is very close to the beach and there's a supermarket and ATM downstairs.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the room was clean and the terrace was great. The beach was quite close but the clubs and the “main entertainment” 20 mins away. Everybody from the staff except the cleaning ladies, young man in the restaurant and the middle aged woman in the restaurant were rude even tho we were really nice and respectful. The shower also wasnt the best because the water kept switching from hot to cold but we managed.

I liked the fact that the room was clean and the towels were changed every day. The location of the hotel is excellent. The food from the restaurant was very good. I kindly recommend it. I don't have any mentions

Location is very good. Next to beautiful sandy beach. Our room was economy. Very basic but comfortable. We had half board. You have to choose from a 3 course menu. The drink included was tap water.
