Perfect Asked them to put 3kg of sausage in freezer didn't come to collect them lost but found 1hr later don't think they had even put them in fridge

1. There is loud music from the restaurant until past midnight. 2. In the evening there is not hot water. 3. The rooms are cleaned only if you request it. For one week it was cleaned only once when I requested. 4. If you bring a pet you pay 10 more leva per day.

to say it’s bad it’s does not say anything ..i personally wouldn’t recommend anybody stay in that hotel ! !!!! staff is extremely rude and made your stay completely unpleasant !! unfairness room was clean but is nothing in the hotel not even a cattle ..I had Been only stayed for two nights and left the room almost as I found it as only came there for sleep ..on my checked out day they check my room and said it’s ok and day after I got email that they looking for refund for broken chair and stolen curtain ..saying that they don’t even exept card payments , don’t give change and not provide receipts ! staff and a management !!! don’t take card payment , don’t give change and not provide any receipts for the payment made for my stay !
