The manager gave us amazing apartment , exactly as the one in the pictures I booked, it was very nice and clean, we had everything we needed! The pool was cleaned every single day, which is very important for us as I am with a child. The all inclusive bar staff was very friendly and polite! We had everything from soft drinks to different kinds of alcohol for free! And of course there was one more bar, which was paid for the guests who prefer more expensive alcohol! There was plenty and different kinds of food! The only thing that could be worked on was the taste of the food.. maybe next year just add more flavour in it and it can be cooked better, but having so different types of food, you can always find something to eat!

close to sea. tasty free ice-cream and cola. clean pool. clean room. 50TV channels, (GER, FR, POL, BG, ENG, ROM) no wi-fi in room coffee is slop food is so-so, but I can understand bad reviews. My opinion - food quality and service depends on shift. Good luck! If you like bulgarian fast-food quality, you'll be happy.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is very friendly and very professional. The food was great and diversified. The hotel is located very close to the beach. The rooms are clean, they have TV, air conditioning, balcony. The check in was at 14:00 and the check out was at 12:00 but no one is throwing you out, you can wait in the lobby if someone is picking you up.

It is close to the beach, that is all that The room was dirty when we arrived, the staff don’t speak English or they don’t speak at all, the food was bad and tasteless, all the pictures are ai generated, this hotel does not look at all like it looks in the pictures. Save your money and go to somewhere else trust me

Nothing first of all, the room was dirty. the food is a disaster, the employees are bored, the pool is dirty. partially all-inclusive hotel. you have all inclusive only at the restaurant and snack bar. at the restaurant, the basic food is fried carrots, macaroni and rice. at the snack bar you had what you didn't eat in the morning, cheese, tomatoes, salami and jam. the lobby of the restaurant was so "clean" that the slippers were sticking. not to mention that they were standing at the door when leaving the restaurant so you don't leave with fruit.
