Hotel Trakia Garden

Very clean , reasonably priced drinks . Staff on reception and bar very friendly . Nice pool area and garden kept clean Breakfast just ok but evening meal poor quality and choices . Staff at breakfast need to smile more . Surrounded by people smoking on balconies which blew back into our rooms . Tired decor very much like 60/70’s hotel

This hotel is very special place by itself. For us and many more people we met there as well! Magical garden, good vibes and kind people all around. The food was great. The room was one of the cleanest I have stayed. The heart and the soul of the hotel are all the people working there, especially the lovely ladies who are in charge. Hence, the service is absolutely the best in Sunny Beach. Every need was met,every request was respected. Most of the guests there was people who are coming for 6,7,10th year in row. Imagine that and how happy they are there. I am just fascinated and amazed that place like this exists. Love you,guys! I liked everything

The hotel itself, location, cleanliness, staff at the reception and Sveta our room service absolutely amazing. A lot of details put into decoration that make very comfy and pleasant feeling? The food and staff in the restaurant need a lot of improvement. Very limited choices of food, ended up we were going out for the dinner in town… staff at the restaurant is not friendly at all and it’s pretty sad and disappointing….

This is a good hotel that had a great location (near bus stop, near T-market, and near beach, but still quite). We had half board, the food was not good. Breakfast is the same every day, dinner is a bit better, but still below my expect.

Really nice and very friendly hotel, with beautiful garden. The manager tried to make us fill comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay in Trakia Garden Hotel. The garden , the restaurant garden @ the location.

It's a good hotel at this price. Better than some other 5-star hotels on a sunny beach 1. The waiters at the restaurant in the dinner were not looking happy while serving or communicating with us 2. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was very weak, and it was not possible to work in the rooms. I needed to go to reception. 3. Absence of the office or a quiet room on the ground floor where I had to go due to the absence of high-speed internet.

There is always something to eat, such as good watermelons, but they serve fries at dinner almost every day. The drinks for dinner are extra paid. The air conditioner works but requires some maintenance, same as the bathroom. The stuff is very nice. Noisy neighborhood, and the swimming pool is quite small. The beds are extremely hard , thin mattresses. They could clean the bathroom at least every 2 days. To the beach there is around 700m

Cleaning ladies was really nice, they are working grate :)! In the reception also nice people :) close to the beach what is important. Shops and main alley less than 5 min from the hotel. Centrum of sunny beach like 10-15 min. We have HB option. Once we’ve had a trip to Nesebyr at 8:00 so we can’t eat a breakfast. We decided to go to restaurant and ask if we can make a sandwich or eat anything (it was at 7:50)… we told about a trip. the waiter told us it’s impossible even if almost every meals was ready. I can understand 1h to breakfast but 10 min and you can’t even take a fruit. It was not nice. Another situation with ice cubes. We even want to pay for this but also impossible- you need to buy a drink to have ice in it. I’m working in a hotel so I know how important small, nice things are. Here, we don’t feel nice with the restaurant service. The food was average.

Trakia Garden Hotel reached our expectations and needs. The garden is amazing, the pool area is well maintained and very clean, make up of the room happened daily. Important as well the parking is for free but subject to availability.
