I like mostly the atmosphere and the personality stuff, very good people always gonha chose it!! Nothing!

Room was good with air-conditioning - location was good and the grounds clean We believed it was all inclusive when we booked with booking.com and feel we were mislead but at the end of October everything closes Shower was broken and toilet seat cracked Only a thin quilt on the bed

Location was good Inclusive was beyond a joke very little food no variations very poor portions was never full inclusive and were only 2 customers to cater for in the end will not come again

Reasonably price, okay beds. Staff looked unmotivated I perceived them as rude. I had to kindly ask them several times for help before they bothered to even look at me. They only clean every four days, and extra towels was not available, I was handed two towels for a whole weeks stay. Cleaning staff were making a lot of noise, banging on the doors at early hours and playing loud music while cleaning, which gave us a rude awakening.

Staff excellent and very gentle The name of the hotel is SUN CITY ALL INCLISIVE, which is not true. All rooms are not all inclusive and you have as Booking. Com to hilight this issue to your clients. I was surprised that my booking is not all inclusive of course it was my fault because i did not read all carefully altough there was some all inclusive offers for the samd price I paid. So please tell your clients that ALL INCLUSIVE is a part of the name of the hotel and let them to read carefully the offer before the reservation. Thanks ?

It was clean.. It’s advertised as ALL INCLUSIVE.. as the hotel heading! Faulse selling really (should say all inclusive packages available). Yes it was cheap , got the to be told we’d only paid for room only.. nobody at reception, particularly booked ourselves in..

Perfect value for money in my opinion you pay for what you get. I had a good stay there.

Pool location Rude stall it states all inclusive but after 8.pm you gotta pay food it disgusting

Staying at the Sun City hotel really surprised me. When you buy a holiday for such a price, you understand that everything can’t be perfect. But it’s not so! We were greeted at the reception very friendly by a guy and a girl who speak English well. They kindly helped us put our luggage and gave all the information about staying at the hotel. What can I say about the cleanliness of the area and apartments - everything is perfect and clean. The person in the last review said it correctly, tourists probably have problems ((( The bar at the Sun City hotel offers a large selection of drinks and everything in the restaurant is very tasty and varied. Thank you to the Sun City Hotel for the pleasant time spent and new acquaintances. We will recommend this hotel and will always return. Prosperity to you and more pleasant tourists :)))

Location ok The food is horrendous all inclusive finishes 8.00pm you have to pay after that and drinks choice is the absolute minimum no lifts

Hotel was clean and so was the room pool looked lovely and staff were nice. Hardly any food choice was really shocked to be honest it was beyond basic. Not many seats and tables in general. Not enough staff people were clearing up the tables themselves.. Most annoying thing of all was after 8pm you had to pay for your driinks. We paid for all inclusive so this was a shock. .We wont be going back because of this just warning other customers false advertisement and the cheapest low end food they can serve you. Shame as hotel was nice.

the location is okay all of the staff speak only Ukranian, so it was impossible to understand each other (which is absurd- the hotel is in Bulgaria) ; it was extremely noisy all the time even between 2 and 4 in the afternoon - very loud bar music and screaming guests; food was extremely scarce and unpleasant( for 3 days my friend and I only ate twice to keep from dying) ; guests were fighting for food so everyone was pushing you without any personal space available; the attitude is extremely dismissive

Decent value for money spend. 15 min walk from beach, nearby market. Full buffet 5 times a day. OK maybe food is not michelin star worthy but it was tasty and there was a lot of it whole day, each day. Clean place, spacy room, cleaned daily. Its as advertised. Good value for money, same as in pictures. 15 min walk from beach and maybe 5 - 10 to markets. Im considering coming back. If you understand how much you pay and for what - what to expect withing that price range - i think you gonna like it.

Cleanliness and pleasant stuff. Food was very monotonous, spicy and not available 60% of the day. Drinks were low level quality. Wi-fi also not available in the rooms, most of the time only on reception.
