Tiara Beach - All Inclusive

Hotel located in a nice surrounding, pretty quiet and close to the beach, 5 mins walk. Cleaning was done every day in room and cleaning lady was very friendly. Food was good, good variety for adults and children also. Many sunbeds in front of hotel, so we could always find a place. Overall a good stay. Staff not really professional for a 4* hotel (only few of them were friendly and polite. Reception staff very unprepared..) Booked sea view room, we got a room on 1st flloor with partial pool view and zero sea view (asked at reception if room has sea view and they mentioned it has, on day 4 after we reported to booking they offered to change the room but we decided not to move as we were 2 ad+ 2 ch.. would take some time to pack and unpack.. ). The room was just fine! but it should not be charged for sea view as it does not have! maybe should be sold as pool view, that would fit the reality.

Our experience had a few less pleasant aspects right from arrival. Although parking is charged (13 EUR/day), there were no available spaces, and the situation was only resolved after we insisted. At check-in, we were given only one key, and for a second one we were asked to pay a 45 EUR deposit, which seemed unusual for a 4-star hotel. There were no bathrobes in the room upon arrival; they were brought to us only the next day after we requested them. In addition, the pool water temperature was quite low (approx. 21–22°C), which made it difficult to use. We were told that the hotel is not a spa hotel, even though this facility is mentioned in its presentation. Access to the beach is not very easy, as you have to cross big mountains of sand, and the hotel does not have its own private beach. Regarding the drinks, although the selection is presented as varied, the quality did not meet expectations, and the actually enjoyable options were quite limited. Conclusion: Overall, for a 4-star hotel with a high rating, the experience did not fully meet expectations.

Fantastic array of food. All beautifully fresh, and a good mix of cuisines. As a family we liked that there was always a load of salad, but also just plain pasta that you could add different sauces to for our fussy eaters. Kids loved the slides and being close to the beach. Nothing we have a great time.

Choice of food in this all-inclusive hotel was excellent. Also very large pool a bonus. Bad parking situation. Very few spots in front of hotel and the second parking lot across the street had a long wait for security and also expensive.

The food selection supposed to be better. And the parking lot is expensive but doesn’t have asphalt. If you have bags you must lift it till the entrance, or you try to pull it and wheels just going deep in the ground

The hotel is 3 minutes walking from the beach, you only have to walk on a path. The entrance in the water at the beach is low and perfect for kids.The food is very good and diverse. There is staff who cook in front of you different food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Omelettes and pancakes are delicious. There is also food for kids, 2 soups every day, and many options for the main dish. Fresh fruits every day. Cleaning in the room is done on a daily basis. Our room was spacious with an amazing see view. The staff is friendly, hard working and ready to help you anytime. The pool is very big and clean. The slides for kids are a nice atraction. There is entertainment every day: one hour for kids and then one hour for adults. We definitely recommend this hotel. The parking is 20 leva per day if you park at the hotel.

I needed to ask 4 times to have our room cleaned at a proper time for us as the kids were sleeping at noon and the cleaning lady left our room the last. Out of 8 nights only 3 we had the room cleaned properly

Good room size , waterslides great for kids ( but the water is freezing) in all pools. Wide variety of food and drinks and great location - 10 min. away from all the boardwalk action. Started well on booking.com with a very lovely and helpfull representative to landing and arriving to a very cold and unfriendly staff- seems like smiling and being nice cost money at Tiara beach - everyone seem like they don't enjoy their job and have no idea in giving good costumer service. A.C doesnt work well in all rooms - showers clugged with hairs - we were 16 family members which all had issues with the rooms we recieved first night - one room had an open bottle of beer and water in the fridge - sheets not clean and t.v not working -3 rooms with horrible to no a.c - broken shower head (oooo what a deal they had with this one, but thats for them to share on thier review - really ridiculous and shocking the night we went through with all the issues and really no compassion or compensation for the horrible first night we endured and no responsibility or understadment by the staff when approaching them.. Really the whole vibe and atmosphere from the staff messed our vacation and had me waste alot of time and energy - while supposed to be relaxing and enjoying. Unfortunately wont be our next choice if ever arrive to sunny beach again. Wish I had a different experience ? P.s must work on cleaning the hotel toilets - all need attention at all times.

It was quiet at night I didn’t like the food an the drinks (they all smelled of chlorine) but is just my opinion. Not very clean and in 4 days we didn’t receive any toilet paper. The staff is rude, they make you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Fantastic hotel! Great staff! Very happy!We will come in back! Toilets behind the water slides need more attention. I did reported them several times and still the same. Entertainment is not the best and on Friday's are very boring. There is no brochure in the room what is available in the hotel.

Delicious food, very friendly staff, plenty of activities for children, the beach is 5 minutes away, unreal water slides would highly recommend for families with children.

Hotel has everything to spend good vacation . Food was good, animation for kids and outdoor playground, good aquapark was always available, always available sunbeds by pool. Room was big and very comfortable. Way to the sea, stuff in restaurant was often unfriendly . Bed was not comfortable.

They have always icecream. Chocolate is very good. And others are fine too. They have a nice young dancing/entertainment team with good english skills, kind young people. The beach is nice sandy . (for 30 leva per day u can rent 2 beds and 1 sunshade or u can carry your own sunshade towels chairs etc.) There are 2 soups at lunch and dinner. I always found 1 to be very good. Good bread choices too. Lots of sweets but i dont like sweets so much. Lots of fruits and cheese types, vegetables. You have to pay for parking and most places are in the sun. There is nothing included at seaside. No beds sunshade drinks food etc. Its also quite far from the beach u gotta go over sand dunes on some wooden trails. Abt 10 mins walk with kids. Renting towels is tricky from some guy that is not always there,next to the pools. So its hard to change them daily. Breakfast is always the same but fine. Lunch and dinner could have more options. I had a dinner when i didnt like anything. I also had cases where there were many good options and i couldnt try them all cause i was full. I wish they had something like doner or spaghetti. They had penne sometimes. Sometimes they do burgers but not full sandwiches just the meat. There is always a waiting line at pancakes and gofri. The kids play area could be open until midnight. Or 10 pm at least.
