My one and only complaint was that if you went to the beach, Chairs and towels were included in the daily resort fee but the umbrella was not. They charged an extra 35 a day for it. That being said, I would definitely stay again

When i arrived to the hotel I found out it was $50 per day for valet parking and there was no other option. When i got in my room the AC was barely working I asked someone to come look at it no one ever did. It takes a few hours to get the room temperature down to any decent temperature. Taking a shower there’s always water all over the floor whenever you’re done even though it’s sliding doors. Every day i was there i was always woken up to someone doing some type of maintenance with a drill. Very unpleasant stay

Great ocean and pool view from a meticulously clean room. The staff is extremely caring about your needs and wishes. This is our third time at The Sunny and we wouldn’t go anywhere else in Sunny Isles Beach.

Property transitioning flags from Curio to Hilton. Rooms are very well appointed & everything is modern and very recently upgraded. Inviting bar & lobby. Surprisingly, no hot tub. Overall, great fir a beach stay. One minus is there is an active highway interchange right across from the hotel. Lots of road noise, even high up on a balcony.

This place became amazing after renovation. Very good staff. Very good team in pool area.

It’s a wonderful place. We keep going back over and over again. We stayed there five times.

Overall, I enjoyed my stand to Sunny and would definitely come back!

Everything was wonderful from the moment we walked in! We came a little early because our flight was an early one and got an early check in with no issues (yes there was a fee, but totally worth it after a long morning). Our room was a king suite ocean view and it was clean and everything was great! Jennifer at the front desk was wonderful!

Small boutique hotel. Breakfast service restaurant. Lunch and Dinner you will need to either Uber eats. Or find a restaurant in the vicinity nothing in walking distance. The service on the beach, there isn't any, other than the umbrella boys. The room is lovely no maid service. The hotel is nice clean and staff is polite.

The Walls were a little thin. Heard my next door Neighbors very clearly. Besides that everything else was Top Notch. 👍👍🇺🇸

Exceptional

My husband and I chose this hotel to celebrate our first anniversary, and we were very happy with our choice! We loved the location, and especially our oceanfront room. The staff was very helpful and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. For example, one evening, as we were walking from the elevator toward our room, we noticed a very strong food smell in the hallway. It smelled as though one of the guests might have been cooking in their room, perhaps using an air fryer or an Instant Pot—we weren’t sure. I texted Nahum at the concierge, and he responded very quickly, letting us know that they would investigate the issue as soon as possible. Within just a few minutes, they took care of the problem. We really appreciated how quickly and professionally the staff handled the situation. It made us feel that our comfort was truly a priority. One particular female member of the concierge team was extremely serious and barely made eye contact with us when we spoke with her. Although she was informative and helpful when needed, I would suggest greeting guests with a warm smile and making a little more eye contact, as this would make guests feel more welcomed and more comfortable.

Amazing hotel!!! What an upgrade from what it was! Great job! Little luxuries like Le Labo toiletries were very much appreciated!
