Great rate. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My only issue is the shower needed to be cleaned better before I arrived. Someone else's hair was in it.

I have stayed at this hotel once before. I have always left feeling rested and rejuvenated. Great facility. The shower could have a little more pressure but the temperature is satisfactory. Very friendly staff and accommodating.

The room is well-maintained and inviting, with fresh towels and linens. The modern interior design adds to the ambiance. The pool is a refreshing spot, complete with fresh towels. The gym is equipped with cold water, providing a comfortable workout environment. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Lucy, made the stay enjoyable. The welcome gift bag, containing a chocolate cookie, was a delightful touch. The breakfast was nice but for a fee. A small ant incident in the room was quickly accommodated by waiving the breakfast fee, making the stay a very pleasant experience. I would definitely give it a 5-star rating and come back.

Young crowd so expect noise from the parking lot at 3am and paper thin walls. Only one ice machine on the 2nd floor so you need to go on the elevator just to search for a while to find it. Rooms smell. Parking is atrocious. It’s a lot shared with other businesses so good luck finding a space. I’ve buckets are plastic so when you do find the ice machine, you have maybe a couple of hours before it all melts. Bathroom door barely closes so you get no privacy, especially with frosted see-through door. Not a good hotel for people how need refrigeration for medication or supplies. I would not stay here again.

Staff were very nice!

Staff was great especially the manager Bryan. Only thing that I say I didn’t like was the room smell and the humidity. It smells like urine and sheets feel damp from the humidity. But the customer service makes up for it. Very welcoming and nice !!

Lucy in the front desk was excellent in supporting me. He went beyond what I normally would have expected. Thank you Lucy!!!!

Very nice updated rooms. Very neat/ clean. Free parking a plus. Close to all Sunnyvale Towne Center food and entertainment spots. Friendly/ Great staff. Highly recommend.
