Very clean, safe place I made a request when booking that i needed a WALK IN SHOWER... arrived and checked in and the receptionist said they had NO AVALIABLE Walk in showers. i have 2 bad knees and can not lift them over a tub sill. the walk in showers are only apparently for handicapped rooms that are only bookable by request..... i booked this stay 7/27 and you cant tell me they were completely booked in that time. OR someone shouldve called me to say they had no rooms that could accommodate me, so i couldve stayed somewhere else. they really put me between a rock and a hard place because i had nowhere else to go. i dont live close. dont have any family close, and had already paid! because of this i could not shower AT ALL before my work event after a long day of travel. SHAME ON THEM! the only attempt to help me was a discount on a next stay... um sorry but there wont be a next stay if i cant safely shower without being a fall risk.

We were visiting our daughter who is in the hospital and this location was a much better place than where we stayed the first three nights, the lady that runs the breakfast is friendly and keeps the place immaculate. No complaints
