I requested a late check out and the front desk approved my request.

It was a little surprising to see a dozen or more rooms on the 2nd floor being cleaned out at the same time, and made it interesting to get by with luggage. Also, this location at very little seating for breakfast, and people had to take their food to their rooms to eat because their outdoor seating was too cold to use.

The suite was clean, comfortable and stocked with Kitchen cooking essentials. An excellent variety of breakfast options and alternative milks. A small store on-site offers snacks, beverages and microwavable entrees. Convenient location to restaurants, groceries and banks whether walking or driving. Convenient Uber pick up. Staff is friendly and helpful. Fitness room is available.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The staffs are so nice and helpful.

We were carrying some food that needed to be frozen and the full-size refrigerator came in handy. We were three of us. The room came with a king bed and a pull-out sofa bed, so it was perfect to accommodate all three of us. The Tv stands awkwardly in the way of walking into the room, but it is not anything we cannot live with. The AC worked great, except when it switched to heat a bad odor permeated the entire room. The free buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and felt like the good old times are back. They also have a drinking water dispenser which is a so convenient. They have parking in the basement, with elevator access. The front desk accommodated our request and found us a room at the back of the building, away from street and elevator noise. Thank you.

We stayed for 3 weeks and the staff were great! The facility seemed to be going through some upgrades, but the property gave us a pretty good heads up about most of the things that might be an inconvenience. They were also very helpful in switching up clean days for our room and extremely quick at maintenance requests. The breakfast was decent and had a pretty good variety. The kitchen in our room was pretty well stocked. The only real negative was some cobwebs on the ceiling and the faucet made an awful noise at times.

The breakfasts are excellent and its location is wonderful.

The bed was sooooo comfortable! We had a suite with two bedrooms and a kitchen. It was a great size. I would stay here again.

Two-bedroom suite at a reasonable price was great for us as we have a teen ager who needs his privacy.

I will stay here again. The only issue I had was with the WiFi, the signal was not very relaliable.

The unnecessary cost for parking which is a total ripoff. Continued increase in room deposit. Which costs a 50.00 $ cost above room price.

Continental breakfast was better than I thought. Clean, rooms were quiet and the AC unit worked well

Nice, clean room with a small kitchen, cooking and eating utensils. Parking is ok but with daily charge of $18.

There was no table for eating nor 2 chairs. There was no couch to sit on to watch tv. The tv was difficult to see from the bed. This is a suite with kitchen and I expected more than a bed and a desk chair. The bed was very uncomfortable and sank in the middle.

We stated in a 2 bedroom suite and it had lots of space. Kitchen had everything we needed and the free breakfast was excellent. Coffee was ready before breakfast start times which was great as I am an early riser. Location was good and easy parking
