We stayed in Room 350. It was large, clean and perfect for a couple of nights. However it is virtually next to the freeway. So unless you can sleep with constant traffic noise avoid this room at all costs. We stayed for three nights and even with ear plugs I hardly slept. Staying in one of the rooms further from the freeway may give you a better experience but if you are a light sleeper give it a miss. The staff and hotel are great so it's a real disappointment that the noise levels are so intrusive.

Location. Comfortable bed. The room was booked as a queen studio. The bed as comfortable as it was, was not a queen. Full, yes. Even with an argument with morning staff they insisted the bed did not shrink. The first night had to kill a large spider & the following 2 nights other bugs, spiders and cocroaches. There was food and dirt under the bed which was another argument with management to have cleaned. We couldn't put our small dog on the floor because of this. Room dirty overall. Both the blackout shade and curtain were broken not able to open. Miserable dark in the room. 1 of the bathroom towel rods broken/falling off wall and toilet paper holder falling off. Light switch cover in room broken. Dirty, stained chair. Outside trash cans overflowing. Breakfast was a joke. Oatmeal or cereal bars only. Coffee horrible. Second morning I had to ask/find staff so I could have a plastic spoon for the oatmeal. This was a last minute booking & not worth $794.00. Stay away from this dump.

toilet not flushing
-
Great place to stay when you need a clean long term hotel room. The staff was super nice and everything was clean, easy to access shopping areas, and the highway.
-
Everything was okay!
-
Room next to a busy highway
-
There are nearby grocery stores and Fast food so, you can warm food when you need to. (there are also 2 stove burners/ NO oven) Also, the parking is near rooms and convenient and the staff is very nice. HINTS: Hotel is near a busy Highway and it is noisy outside....best rooms are on back side of hotel....there is a walk/bike path nearby and it is quieter. There is also a small "garden" area with grill, if you want to make burgers. **the "breakfast" is very limited!
-
Rooms are barely maintained, lights were not working and toilet flush itself was not working most of the times, it's not maintained well
-
I have stayed here before and would stay again.
-
Clean room, all you need. Recommend a room in the 300's wing as the road noise is highly reduced over there.
-
The BEST thing about the room is the full sized microwave and refrigerator! (*NO coffee maker) The worst thing about Hotel's location is the noisy highway nearby.....you want to request a room that faces a walking trail (on the opposite size of hotel)
-
You will want to request a room facing the walking trail because it is quieter; the rooms facing Hwy. 85 are VERY noisy! There is a small outdoor area with trees and a grill for burger making. I LIKED that the rooms have full size refrigerators and microwave plus, hot burners (No stove) The bed mattress in my room felt old and did not have good back support (the mattress was NOT firm)

Staff was very professional and room was clean.

I couldn’t sleep all night as the noise from the freeway was terrible! I wasn’t told about the noise from the freeway as all guests should be..David

I checked in, went to my room and immediately left and found other accommodations. Although the accommodations were fine and the staff was friendly enough, personal safety was a HUGE concern - especially for someone travelling alone. Driving through the parking lot, there were cars that appeared to have people living in them. Within the lobby, next to the check-in desk were large signs pertaining to stopping human trafficking.

Pretty basic.
-
My overall stay was ok. If the room is facing the highway side like mine, the noises can be an issue for some light sleepers
-
The amenities are very limited and you have to ask the front desk for almost everything (including shampoo and dishes, etc.).
