Rooms were modernized with many unusual and thoughtful touches such as motion activated nightlights under bedside tables, heated bathroom floors, Toto toilets with bidets, in bed reading lights, etc. Breakfast buffet had unusual additions and there were additional items available for gluten sensitive guests such as gluten free waffle batter, etc.

Very high tech, clean and all amenities they provide was amazing.

On the ouside, looks like just a regular 3 star. Once in the room, Wow! So many amenities... None of the 5 star hotels in our trip had so many cool gadgets! Friendly owners, pleasant one night stay for Stanford visit, very clean and comfortable.

Very well maintained. Thoughtfully includes so many options and conveniences in the room. Their customer service from the entire staff is top notch! Exactly how the hospitality industry should operate!! Very impressed by the added care shown to the customer. From checking on how the stay is going, to being there to answer any questions and help during the breakfast area. Just really loved the whole customer centric appeal!! Nothing.

This was really the nicest room I have stayed in as far as everything you could ever want was supplied! Reclining chair, huge TV, heated floor in the bathroom, microwave and fridge… beautiful breakfast included…. Even a yoga mat. They thought of everything!

Arrived earlier than expected and called to inquire about checking in early. I was met with a warm “sure, you can check in right now if you want” - no extra fee or issues. Staff were friendly, helpful, and showed sincere interest in making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Room was clean and well-kept. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

It is evident that a lot of thought and care goes into ensuring that the guests are well looked after and comfortable during their stay. Top notch.

I always love staying at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and have every amenity necessary. The location in Central Mountain View cannot be beat. The very best part is that this is a family run establishment and you will feel a sense of caring and warmth from the staff throughout your stay. It is a special place.

Went to see Dave Matthews Band at Shoreline. Only a 10 minute drive from hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Family run hotel. Parking only for hotel guests (very important to me). Would definitely stay here again.
