City Express by Marriott Mountain View/Sunnyvale

The Staff {Oscar} was outstanding, asked me if I needed anything at any time just call the front desk. The breakfast was great, a nice coffee/espresso machine in the hallway on your way to your room that you can grab either an espresso or cup of fresh coffee anytime you would like. The renovations, and the atmosphere makes a big difference on my stay here this time........not taking away what the prior hotel management was! Good place to stay.

It was good location safe... okay ...several easy walking stores etc..facilities ok...needed a chair in room!!! BEEN A WEEK NOT RETURNED MY DEBIT DEPOSIT!! needed chair maybe table in room...especially for multi stays...work and eat in room!

A pleasant hotel. I liked having a large window facing the bed, which made the room brighter than usual. The room is equipped with everything necessary. There is a 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby. Free on-site parking is available. Excellent value for money. There are shops and cafes across from the hotel, and the neighborhood is safe and clean. Limited breakfast selection; the coffee machine broke down on the second day. The air conditioner was quite noisy. Limited TV channel selection.

Staff were very kind, helpful & pleasant. Very accommodating. Problem with heater in one room, transferred us to another room with no problem. Quiet and clean

Everything was great, except some mildew outside shower.

It was clean and plenty of parking spots. Walking distance from the hotel, famous IN & OUT burger and other restaurant are located. Breakfast. Menu is so simple. Egg omelette, English muffin, cup cake are main items. There are no bacon, sausage, cheese, fruits, vegetables. I think minimum balanced food should be provide to the guest. Also amount of food is not enough. We have to wait for omelette and coffee.
