Hotel Avante was just right for our pre- and post- concert stay. The rooms were clean and pretty, super comfy bed! The pool & hot tub were just the ticket for a relaxing swim and soak. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

It was prettier than expected One of the elevators shakes when it go up and down so little scary

Staff was great but if you can't sleep with a noisy AC this is not for you because either you sleep hot or you don't sleep with the noisy AC, the right side of the hotel is next to apartments and someone has a dog that barks all day, also for some reason when something was closed or moved in the room next to me my whole room would shake, like the look but would definitely not go back

Nice and comfy and quiet. Easy back and forth to Shoreline Amphitheater.

You get what you paid for. It's a very economical hotel. For that price, it's decent for a couple of nights The indoor AC/Heater unit is loud and the blinds are not completely dark. Staff are friendly and location is great.

My only complaint is that I did not get my deposit of $75 returned. When I called the hotel about it the person who answered was rude and dismissive. She said that’s a problem with my bank. My bank can’t deposit back money that was not received. For that reason only, I will not be back.

RJ was literally the best person ever at check-in. Very sweet and helpful. Parking was super easy and complimentary for guests. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. I'd stay here again.

I was looking forward to the spa and pool and only after arriving, then I was told it’s out of service. I later found out it’s been out of service for months. Then I went to get hot water for my tea there was none. I took the canister to the desk. The person told me he had to sanitize the container, so I asked where can I get hot water? He said for me to go to the gym. I did , very unprofessional. I spoke with the manager upon check out. She didn’t seem concerned. I’ll have to reach out to Hyatt directly
