Cleanliness was bad, beds are dirty, we could see brown stains everywhere,i found a cocroach roaming around the bed, staffs are bad and roughs, maybe few were nice

The bed was filthy. Although it is close to the Trainstation you cannot walk there and need to take a grab.

Double book for wrong date but they wouldnt help me to change it either, so we decided to change the hotel for our next stay.
