Location is very good, staffs are friendly, breakfast though limited are nice too The hotel provides water Dispenser but fortunately no cold water

Location is in the center of Surabaya. Easy access for public transportation. Just 5 minutes walk to TP Mall and also very near to Tunjungan street for night sightseeing. Staff was nice. Efficient process for check in-out. Wifi also perfect. Unfortunately, my room was no window. For support the environmental, the hotel no longer provided bottled water in the room. It replaced with free water dispenser in the corridor. The policy is totally understood. However, I still pretty unsure with hygiene of the glassware. That's why I prefer to buy my own water in the convenience store just beside the hotel building.

Nothing Disappointing Decline in Service I have been staying at this hotel for the past five years, but unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly. Basic amenities like hot water are no longer reliable. When I raised the issue, the untrained and unprofessional technicians simply stated that since everyone in the hotel was using hot water, we were also unable to get any. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that once maintained higher standards. It’s disappointing to see such a decline, and I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.

very convenient I have stayed numerous times here , no complaints,specially the staff they are very polite and quick to responds and I want name reception Ahmed who is assist me a lot even in carrying my luggage, even though it’s not his job, strategic location walking distance to mall I would heart of Surabaya nothing actually but the bathroom can improve

This has been my favorite hotel for a long time and the staffs are the best people I know, very strategic location,I’m a very regular person here ,most of the previous staff has left but old members are still here I think it’s time to rethink a renovation for the basic room,the bedside tables are broken the bathroom floods after a shower and hot water is terrible like no water pressure and no hot water sometimes,the light are to dimmed and out dated with some warm white light and then mixed with day light it’s bit odd sometimes lighting can improve

Being close to Tunjungan Plaza is just not good enough. It should be a close walking distance without the need for crossing roads, or overhead bridges, or needing a taxi. And favehotel fits the bill! Nothing

The location is superb, walkable from tunjungan Plaza. As well as inside the mall. Not sure what mall was that, but pretty handy for those who love the city vibes and culinary option. Saw those skyscraper from the front of hotel, but not from the room due to no window at all. Refill waters are free in corridor. Amenities is fine. Quite small room but comfort. Staffs are excellent also helpful Stain on the bed sheet, toilet flush wasn't working properly, AC is noisy, dump smell from toilet, no hand towel in the room

The twin bed is too small, the room size is small
