Excellent location. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent service! The room needs refurbishing. The windows need serious cleaning. The city view from the room is fantastic, but the stained windows will deter you from looking outside.

Everyone was friendly My bedsheets had stains, they never changed the sheets and put it back again like it was clean. The showerhead in room 807 need to be fixed.

The room is huge, comfy bed and pillows, clean bathroom with big bathtub Complete gym, big enough pool (the length is sufficient for proper swimming), the location is in the city center, we can run the Basra Loop. The gym is under renovation, so it is a bit dirty, the hot tub at the sauna are not functioning, the pool widith is not big enough if there are more than 3 swimmers. And the big minus is a lot of smokera smoking at the poolside, although a lot of people and childern around

Not much! NOT a five star hotel! Unsure how they got 5 stars , but I have stayed in many Wyndams throughout the world - this was a huge disappointment. Dirty smelly toilet in the bathroom , no hot water only warm and when I asked they said that is normal. Room fridge was not a fridge but a cold plate that did not keep anything cold. I wanted to use 2 forks & 2 knives and they wanted a cash deposit. I guess my platinum card wasn't enough? I could go on . . .

Breakfast was good, restaurant staff were friendly. Gym was well equipped. Rooms were dated. Location was walking distance to (5-10min) to mall, but no good restaurants close by
