Location The air condition in the room was broken. The breakfast was very poor, by 9 am a lot of food was empty and they didn't refill it again.

Tunjungan Plaza is opposite hotel. Beside hotel is KFC and McDonald house. Cannot sleep well as there was a disco with loud music until 3am.

The Hotel is just few meters from Tunjungan Plaza 1 just across the road lots of shopping and easy to find food.

Location is very good. Front of Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. One of the biggest shopping mall at Surabaya. Keep the excellent job Mr. Malik. None.

The location My room I had originally it was absolutely run down.just outside of my window 3 Aircon units made lots of noises, I could not sleep. This room was very small. I asked on the second day to change into a better room. Breakfast buffet was empty before 10 AM. All in all, Bekizaar hotel was a very bad choise.
