The place itself just walking distance to local attractions. The air conditioner not sufficient cool the room. Hotand feel uncomfortable throughout night. Adding to that, my room facing main road and it still busy beyond midnight.

Location was good, plenty of places to explore nearby, shops, restaurants. Staff was welcoming, professional and helping. Room was pretty spacious. Small and dirty swimming pool. There were mosquitos in the room which didn't allow us to sleep at all on first night. Although later they took care of it using a spray, but apparently 1 night wasted completely. A very serious concern was that there were bats moving around in the swimming pool, touching the water every now and then. I asked for a quiet room which they gave on the back side of the hotel but apparently there was a disco club nearby and the music blasted till 4 AM. Not good if you are a light sleeper like me. Would not recommend.

- The hotel location is very strategic in the middle of Surabaya. - Spacious and aesthetic rooms - Parking lot, free and quite spacious - I left something behind and the management informed me and sent it to my home address. - I got room No. 525 with city views (as requested) but unexpectedly it seemed like my room had no soundproofing so I couldn't rest/sleep all night because of the noise of the highway and even the sound of motorbikes on the road kept roaring and the sound of their exhausts was deafening! - The shower water couldn't flow fast enough and was even slow to just fill the bath tap. - The towels no longer looked comfortable, worn and stiff.

The area, it’s in the middle of the city and very close to the mall and many restaurants. The bedsheets and pillow covers are very dirty and smelly. The shampoo is mostly just water ??♀️. The hotel lobby looks like 4 stars hotel, but the room and the service just like 2 stars hotel. The restaurant need to learn how to serve foods and how to serve customers better. We had dinner there and they gave us a very cold chicken satay ??♂️ and they didn’t give us napkins. They were in rush to push us to pay. Just because they were about to close so they think we deserve their bad service smh and none of them told us that they were about to close. Next time you guys better tell to your customers if you’re about to close than give bad service and bad foods to your customer. The breakfast foods also all cold, even the porridge also cold

Location is perfect. Staff were fantastic Some parts of the furniture were not in good shape. Soap dispenser was not working, jammed.
