Location is superb, breakfast buffet was great. This hotel offered everything with good value for a 4 star hotel. Me and my parents have been regularly staying here almost annually for our annual homecoming trip. Best part was of course that the hotel is directly connected to the huge mall next door so getting around and getting access to supplies was efficient as ever. Everything is perfect so far.

The staff went above and beyond to remember my Birthday. They gave me a surprise birthday wish at Breakfast. Overall the staff were attentive and ready to assist you if needed. The hotel is attached to a big mall "Tunjungan Plaza"; Food and shopping paradise. If you are lucky enough to be in Surabaya on Sunday Car Free day, you can walk out of the hotel and join the vibe of the local people on their walk, exercise or explore on foot the area close to the hotel. The kopitam coffee shop " Ahpek" is around the corner of the hotel across from the Hotel Majapahit. It's a must when visiting Surabaya. The buffet breakfast spread could have more Western choices, but it was tasty and satisfying. Golden blue Bird staff is available at the concierge if you need to rent a car hourly with a driver to see Surabaya in a nutshell. It's very affordable rather than a taxi ride to several places. Keep in mind that the city is rather big. But the primary cultural hot spots are not far from the hotel. Nothing that I can think of.

We stayed very short time at the hotel and during our stay everything was perfect. They have nice open buffet dinner available in the Lime restaurant and it is a very good value for money. I recommend it. Everything was good
