Breakfast is very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is the best as it is connecting to TP mall. I was very happy with the service. I want to specifically say thank you to the concierge staff who helped me to take the cake I ordered in very last minute from DORE Patisseries at TP Mall. I forgot that I have to buy Birthday cake for someone special so I ordered the cake in a very last minute (around 9.30PM).

Location is good, spacious room No handheld shower at my room type. only available at the other room type which requires an upgrade. Just a personal preference but I don’t like only having fixed head ceiling shower.

Staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Room Condition: The room appeared quite dated, with stained sofas and dusty surfaces. The floor tiles also showed signs of heavy staining and seemed unclean. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning unit was quite old and lacked the ability to adjust the temperature digitally, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable environment. Bathroom Issues: The toilet flush was not functioning properly, and the water pressure in the shower was low. Additionally, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, causing the mirror to fog up and take a long time to clear. Lack of Power Outlets: The most concerning issue was the absence of power sockets in both the bathroom and bedroom. This made it impossible to use a hairdryer or charge devices like phones or laptops during my stay.

The hotel location is superb as it is linked to the Tunjungan Plaza. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk were able to provide the rooms close to one another and also the request for the connecting rooms. The service at the breakfast Bromo Cafe was excellent. The staff was very kind to prepare gado-gado and pisang goreng which my sister requested as it was not among the buffet spread. The pillows were too soft, more firm pillow preferred. The rain shower pressure was low and you may feel less satisfied taking the shower.

The restaurant and the Kamu bar are excellent. The pool is fine The apartments are not renovated. Very old-fashioned overall. Equipment is outdated

The breakfast is excellent. There is a different theme everyday and you will not be bored with the food.

Location is good connecting to mall. So no worry about getting hungry. Some Rooms are old though upgrading is getting on. They are renovating the gym so current gym is very small and equipment are few.
