The staffs were extremely helpful

A very friendly boutique hotel, in a good quiet inner city location, close to numerous coffee cafes, including the famous Igor's, a great nearby gym and the railway station The room had no fridge but drinking water is available for free from a dispenser in the hall.

Rooms are smaller than they appear on photos, nevertheless it’s alright for just one night. Bedsheets were really dirty, full of (what seemed) old blood/urine stains. Staff was friendly but no one seemed to speak English. In the evening (10pm) the lights in my room wouldn’t turn off anymore. After calling to the reception multiple times after 20 min. and explicitly saying someone has to check it out someone finally came up, pressed the switches a few times and said to get a mechanic. Again, 20 min. later a young men showed up, pressed the switches a few times and disappeared. After more than half an hour I was called they could not fix the issue tonight. My question if I’m supposed to sleep with all the lights on and if I could get a different room was answered with “okay sir, good night” which confirms they had no clue wat I was saying. At this time it’s almost midnight, I had to get up at 4am and was really annoyed. Didn’t bother trying talking to the staff anymore or file a complaint directly. Honestly been such a bad experience that I will not book this accommodation again.

The hotel is in a good location on a quiet street, so it's possible to step outside to take the morning air. There were plenty of staff who were always friendly. The value was excellent. They falsely advertise airport shuttle. The breakfast is quite limited with few healthy options.

Friendly staff and location Only.option for vegetarians is bread and salad. Bread should not be kept in a heated/warm storage. It dries up and is difficult to eat. Better options for bread spread needed

The staff was super nice, security was super warm, front desk and rsv are very fast. Room and bed were big, breakfast is ok. Location is near to everywhere! We booked 3 rooms and one of the room have some cleanliness issue. But other rooms were ok

Everything was just fine ! -

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Everything was clean and we found the room to be quiet - we slept very well. Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and a good vegetarian restaurant. Free water filling stations which we loved! Good breakfast - would have loved to have the option of eggs but I was happy with toast. We ordered a fruit platter at 7pm using room service but there was non left - but we enjoyed some nice drinks instead.

The bedsheet is dirty, until our skin itchy, and our room got a lot cockroaches, even at the breakfast bar we can see a lot cockroach come out. Some more hairdryer only can use for 30mins, and have to return. I’m so disappointed on what review said.

The room was spacious and clean, pretty good for the price. We loved our stay very much. The location is not right at the main street so it's pretty calm. Very close to everything. The staff were super nice as well.

Very nice hotel close to mall and very comfortable luxurious room . This is the only place I stay in when visiting surabya.

Good location. Good for an over night on way to airport. In my room, there was a noise of some kind of machinery that kept turning on and off all night long. It really disturbed my sleep.
