Very very clean, and provided cleaning service and 4 bottles of water daily. AC and hot water worked well and bed was comfortable. Wonderful buffet breakfast with lots of variety, offering a great chance to try lots of different Indonesia cuisines (both food and drink). Enjoyed the pool during the heat of the day. Lobby was also a place to spread out a little more and relax as needed. Strong, fast wi-fi. Generally quiet; we stayed on a higher floor, so the noise from the street traffic did not bother us. The staff were all very friendly and professional and a joy to see each day. Indomaret and Alfamart close by if you wanted a less expensive, late night drink or snack. It is a little far from things, but thankfully Grab’s were plentiful. The street it is on has 4 highly trafficked lanes, so crossing can be treacherous, but we eventually discovered a crosswalk w/ a red light on demand about a block down, which helped.

Room no. 1917..the A/C is not cold, when I was staying at 1710 the A/C was excellent. One of the pillow case, had a lipstick..when they are doing the laundry...they don't washed it good.

I like the breakfast cause has so many choices. The location is also great. One of the jajanan Pasar has a small stone inside the ketan/ rice....I guess the kitchen stuff didn't clean it very well. I told the staff about it, but she didn't tell the Mgr about it cause I saw that she just thrown out everything to the garbage without showing it to the Mgr first

Simple, clean and worth for the price. The best breakfast, tasty traditional food Parking space, not enough space for hotel guest if they have event such as seminar. They should priotize the parking for hotel guest and vallet for event guest
