The location is good, walkable distance from the train station. The staff were very helpful with us arranging transport to Malang as the trains were fully booked. Good sized room with small desk. Be aware the hotel bottom levels are still under construction. Reception is on the 3rd floor. There were banging noises during the night (not sure what they were).

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the railway station as we had to catch a train early morning. We enjoyed the fact that it was located in a quiet street and we could rest in the night. In spite of renovations the hotel was undergoing in that period our stay was comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The room could be bigger.

The location was superb. Close to shopping malls, cafés and to the main railway station which was only a 15-min walk. Upon arrival I realised that the hotel was under renovation. First I thought it was closed. The security lad said the entrance was through the garage and reception was on the 2nd floor. You could hear the maintenance work during late hours too.

Good price and perfect location. Staff was always very kind! Stained towels and bed sheets, no hairdryer, lobby floor was in renovation so we had to access the hotel through the basement.
