We were in room 323 - which was the worst. I have been traveling Southeast Asia for 7 months and this was the worst nights sleep I have had. The walls are so thin and every 30 minutes starting around midnight there was a loud noise like a door slamming or someone dropping a heavy sandbag that would repeatedly wake us up. This room also sits directly in front of the breakfast area. Level 2 technically is where breakfast is served but for some reason level 3 also served breakfast but at a different time. At around 5AM the staff started loudly setting up for breakfast by pulling tables and chairs around and then the amount of people that chatted and loudly ate there was also unpleasant.

Room wasn't big (though big enough for me), but very clean and new - very comfortable. I paid for breakfast and it was definitely worth it - a brand mix of Indonesian, Chinese and western food - very delicious and plentiful.

This hotel is perfectly acceptable. The room was clean, well equiped. Service was prompt and helpful. There is a nice breakfast. It's situated in a calm street.

Clean room and bed. Hot shower with good pressure. Walkable to a couple malls. The lack of windows didn't bother us. Further from the train station than stated. About a 20 minute walk.
