The room is spacious and comfortable. Parking lot is too small and it’s quite tricky to enter the parking lot.

Our third stay here, we love it. Such good value for money and love seeing the sunset by the rooftop pool. Staff are lovely. We will be back!

The room was spacious for three adults. The beds were very comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool was awesome. The staff were helpful and prompt. The breakfast menu was huge disappointment (unlike stated in previous review). We stayed for four nights but the breakfast we had was hardly delicious (cripsy chicken that had more batter than chicken; also, another menu was "ayam kunyit" that were hard- may be not freshly cooked- to name a few). It would be great if the menu/food can be imporved. Thank you

Nice location to put you right in the middle of Surabaya, the rooftop bar gives a great view of the city, the room was large and clean and the bathroom was also large and clean. Reception area is also very clean and is inviting and relaxing. The receptoin staff helped me contact a driver that didnt get my booking to visit Mt. Bromo, if it wasnt for them i would never have gotten on my trip, i am gratefull they spend a good 10-15 mins to assist me. Water bottles complementary in the room and cleand and beds made daily. Staff were great with a few suggestions on eateries and other points of interest to visit whilst there. Rooftop bar had a nice vibe and even had live music and chilled out pool on the roof. Bed was huge and very comfortable Bathroom has a bit of wear and tear, might need a little re-grouting in places as people might mistake natural decolouring as mould.

The location very central, the staff and the food (you can eat there). I had a very noisy neighbour, but not the fault of the hotel and be aware, the floor around the swimming pool is very slippery when you have wet feet, i fell.

Breakfast was good. A little far from other eateries with about a 20 minute walk to a nearby (huge) shopping mall, but the upstairs restaurant near the pool was very good for a coffee. Nightly entertainment. The "riverview" is more like a dowdy canal but the view from the pool is outstanding. A little far from anything resembling an eatery.

Room was lovely and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Roof top pool was an added bonus, nice to relax up there. Welcome drink was simple but free. We ordered food from the rooftop bar by the pool and the service charge/tax that was added on was a bit of a shock. Maybe it can be included in the price of the food so people know the total price before ordering. Room was super clean but the shower was blocked and kept flooding; cleaners just need to remember to remove hair from the drains every so often to stop it building up. My friend removed it :) :)

Comfortable room for a family, quite spacious. Close to the city center and large shopping malls. It is impossible to give a second key to the room, not very convenient if you return to the room separately or if one of you needs to go down. Without a key you will not be able to get into the elevator, and the lights in the room will be off.
