Lovely grounds and spa Rooms are too hot, poor cleanliness in rooms and public spaces. Over bed light, over pillows, bumped head several times.

The room was spacious, we were in one of the older buildings which was a little scruffy on the outside but the room was great. The bar is lovely and light and you can enjoy a drink and nibbles. Staff were not very helpful at reception. Some areas of the hotel appeared worn down and in need of a little refresh. We stayed during a heatwave and there was no air con but the fan provided was insufficient.

Fantastic facilities, particularly for families with children. New adventure playground and swimming pool area with warm shallow pool and slide. Nothing.

Location yo major routes good. Bed very comfortable beautiful towels Breakfast room too noisy, no quiet spaces. Bedroom/bathroom in need of some repairs to woodwork, tiling etc. There were not enough loungers in the pool area and the floor was very slippery it needs an anti slip floor
