Brekfast was good, but lack of staff meant need to wait for plates and cutlery. Th eroom was as expected and comfy. Good showers. The lift was not working and we qwere in 6th floor. it was very difficult cxarrying the bags up 6 floors.

Nothing much to be honest Lift was broken, we had to go upto the stairs with the luggage and a toddler. No help was offered by the staff. AirCon of the first 2 rooms weren’t working, had to change room 3 times just to get comfortable. Checked in 8pm and until 11pm I was running up and down to the reception just go get air conditioning running in heat when temperature was above 30 degrees.

A big choice at breakfast Felt safe as you needed a room key to operate the lift The aircon was very noisy. The toilet flush didn't work too welk

The location of the hotel is good, centrally to everything like train station, bus station, shopping centre, restaurants and etc. The waiting time for the lift due to one of two lifts is broken and under renovation

Mainly the helpful staff, Sian, James and luke. Who tried fix the problems Lights not working Dirty concrete stairs Lack of security No locking doors to the upper floors Noises air-conditioned in room 525 Broken and water leaking air-conditioning in room 512 Broken lift on arrival and having to walk up to fifth floor. Evening meal was poor due to insufficient meal items

Amazing clientele and delectable breakfast. Amazing etiquette with resplendent reception at the front desk..Will definitely come back. Highly recommended .
