Location, check in until late, customer service, clean sheets. Pillows too thick, missing doona (I was cold), the window was a thick plastic and I could hear the street. Toilets were poor and far from the room to have to go during the night.

The double room (w/ shared bathroom) was clean, spacious and had the basics needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and having a small sink, kettle (incl tea/coffee/sugar), kitchen utensils/crockery, bar fridge and wardrobe in the room was convenient. The shared bathroom was generally clean, although they were quite basic and located short distance down the hallway. Lovely man at reception, gave me a room closest to the toilet/bathroom The accommodation feels more functional than cosy, but if you're looking for a budget-friendly place to sleep, it does the job. Good value for the price, as long as you set your expectations accordingly There are a various floors for different room numbers. I was on the 3rd floor and dont have mobility issues and had light luggage. - but perhaps if you do have mobility issue you may want to request the first floor.

The small room had a single bed, very old style, suited me perfectly, i sleep very well and woke in a good mood, walked to shops and got some milk. Jug, tea coffee, sugar and fridge, TV, small table for my computer and chair.. Nothing, I am old and simple, was just perfect

Clean, tidy and comfortable. Very close to Central Station for public transport. It’s an old building, but they’re working hard to make it liveable for customers. It is a multi-story building without lifts. You have to climb flights of stairs. Not disability accessible. Location is handy, but lots of sketchy people hanging about. Whilst great value if you don’t mind the age and condition of the property, it does not have the features or comfort of a modern hotel chain.
