Microwave in the room would have been convenient, but not a big hassle

Nothing. The property was not as advertised. It say Hotel but it’s more like a Hostel. We were a family and had to stay in 2 double beds. Not ideal. The rooms were tiny, the windows didn’t open, so no fresh air, it’s located between a noisy street and a train line, so didn’t get much sleep.

The staff were very friendly. Perfect location for CBD and train station. It was not very clean
-
Small issue with the hotel's location was its little hard to get a taxi
-
Location is near a train station. Not much in the immediate area. There is a train track right behind the building so constant train noise. The rooms are sound proofed to a certain extent but you can definitely hear the trains.

The toilet flush didn't work. I complained to the front desk and they said they would look into it but never sent anyone. I ended up fixing it myself.

Excellent low budget option in a good central location. Rooms are small but comfortable - good beds and linens and excellent water pressure in shower. Public area downstairs is excellent for working or just hanging out. Could be a bit cleaner - under bed and drawers has never been vacuumed, extremely dusty and dirty rest of room and bathroom is clean.

The location and price were great. I went to Sydney to visit White Rabbit Gallery and it was only a short walk there from the hotel. I arrived via bus from Melbourne and got to the hotel at 10:30am and they let me check in early which I was very thankful for! The staff were all so friendly and helpful too. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Sydney. Nothing

Staff we're helpful, kind and assisted every step of the way. Room was clean and tidy as well as well presented N/A

Helpful staff, relatively easy approach by public transport, comfy bed Cleanliness at areas that guests mostly interact with (bathroom, bed, corridors, elevators etc.) are clean, but under the bed you might find some "chaos"!

Fabulous location, walking distance to plenty of cafes, Glebe markets, Redfern train station with plenty of buses nearby. The front reception staff were really friendly and helpful, and the downstairs lobby is nicely furnished and decorated, good to hang out in if you want to get out of your room. We booked this place for the location and convenience. There's a lift for accessibility and parking is available for a fee if you book in advance. The room was basic but had everything we needed - own bathroom, space for clothes/luggage, reverse cycle A/C. It's right on a train line and noisy main road where cars are constantly speeding, so it's hard to sleep. Bring earplugs. Bed not overly comfy, but ok for 2 nights. The walls also seemed paper-thin and we could hear people running around slamming doors, laughing and shouting well into the early hours.

Great location, great room, helpful and honest staff. We left an I pad and they called us straightaway.

Staff team, easy access, location. Nothing to complain about.

the location is 5 minutes walk to Redfern station. it took about 15 minutes walk to Central station. It is very convenience. The area is not much choice of food. But it is about 20 minutes walk to Chinatown which has variety choices of food there. If I visit Sydney again, I will stay this hotel again. The staff is so friendly and patience with me when every morning I meet them I will ask him how to go to the place I want to go. Thank you ~~ Nothing much to comment here. Just the room was not clean up by the cleaner daily, but two day once. I will this is need to be improve.

The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The building sits on the corner of two busy main roads. And has a train line running along the side of it, the train and traffic noise can be heard all through the building. Repairs are needed in the communal areas, there are holes in the ceiling where down lights have been removed and not replaced.

Location was really good, price was decent for the area. Staff were friendly. Room was neat and tidy. Parking available which was helpful for us. Fine for a short stay. The noise in the room would have been almost unbearable if we didn’t have earplugs, even then we could hear everything. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbours, it’s also next to the train line which is very loud and runs all night. The rooms are also tiny.

Clean and friendly staff. Shweeta was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Thanks to her kindness.
-
The double glazing was pretty good but the window on the train side made it a bit noisy. Nothing a pair of ear plugs can't fix. Also the window blind couldn't be moved, meaning no natural light. Not sure if this was just this room or because of the train line. Other rooms and windows are great and allow natural light.

The stay ended quickly due to the noise - the location is central which also means close to the railway and main roads. Despite the room being at the back of the hotel, it was still very noisy. The team agreed to a refund because of the noise.

Location There was no coffee and tea felicities in the room , each time we need to go to the reception for tea bags, coffee, milk etc
