The WiFi signal was poor, and the connection kept cutting out every five minutes.

Quiet location while being close to public transport. Short walk to restaurants , botanic gardens and the Opera House. Loved the bonus of a full cooked buffet breakfast. Lovely clean rooms with balcony. Will definitely stay again.

OK, the breakfast was phenomenal. The room was clean and the cleaning maids did very well. The front receptionist was awesome. It’s in a pretty decent area. It’s walking distance to a lot of places. Outside of the hotel looks a little sketchy. My Uber driver actually mentioned that as well.

Location. Easy to get downtown via park, or via subway from Kings Cross. Love the Wooloomaloo neighbourhood and adjacent harbour. Manager, Richard, was very friendly and helpful. Our particular room was great, although a bit dark.

Great location and excellent value for money

Quiet hotel, in a nice neighbourhood, but a bit isolated for food options. We got our 10K steps In easily everyday. Beds were comfy and breakfast had a good range of hot nd cold options. The office staff aren’t the best communicators. Our flight arrived very early so we wrote and asked if there was early check in or a place to store bags. We were advised yes, but when we arrived at hotel at 9am the gate was locked and the office closed. Fortunately someone let us in and we were able to stay in lounge for a couple hours until our room was ready.

Exactly what I needed! As a solo traveler I felt safe and well taken care of. I was able to access the guest lounge at the hotel after my flight got in early which was greatly appreciated.

Free breakfast was definitely a bonus, would gladly stay again just for that! Also the receptionist is so lovely and sweet, she was delightful as the face of the hotel. Layout is very nice, the courtyards for every room are a welcome touch. Alarm sound for breakfast which I understand the intention of but it is Loud and a bit obtrusive.

The shower was a bit weak. My air conditioner leaked some but the staff was very attentive and offered me a different room. there was parking but it was limited.

Great room and a reasonable price. As a single woman travelling alone with a very late check-in, the area outside was poorly lit and getting the outside door open was difficult.
