Location, accomodation, service Nothing

Very spacious room, comfortable couch and the huge king bed. Nice dining and kitchen setup. Good facilities and amenities. Nothing much. Though location is a bit far from city area, we still liked the hotel. The bathroom can be improved.

Room is clean; Cleaning service were made available. Front desk is friendly and helpful Location is walking distance to Kings Cross station and close to Botanical Garden. Laundry washer/dryer is helpful, kitchen too! Our flight into Sydney was after hours. Building access code provided didn't work but was able to get into building with help of other tenants.

Location terrific - walkable to city, Rocks and Potts Point; Room comfortable, but basic; Plenty of eating options and minimarts close by
-
Location. Room spacious Needs maintenance in room. Bathroom requires repairs. Thorough clean required.

Staff are mainly friendly- convenience to St Vincent's Hospital. Evacuation Alarm went off at 10.30pm and again at 2.30am. Apparently an insect had got into the system and caused a fault? Dad has COPD, found this a very daunting experience...especially when there was limited instruction on how to evacuate? Maybe a voice over could have alleviated some stress.

Walking distance to botanical garden, Nice cafes and pubs around Bus stop close by

Apt was clean Located at the back of the building. No outlook. Very little light. Apt on street level so very noisy. Windows did seal so drafty.

Location is superb! Facilities are complete. Quiet neighborhood Lots of local food shops around
-
Location as far as where we were going to and from Trash truck going back and forth between 4-4:30 in the mornings. Very noisy on backside of building
-
Return visit, incredibly convenient and a delight to stay with my two small children. I did have a small cockroach visitor. But the staff were friendly and attentive

Location was great
-
Excellent location Not very clean Ridiculously short on crockery and cutlery . Only 4 of everything.
-
The bed up on a platform, we were afraid of tripping at night. Strange design.

The room was very dated and didn’t look the cleanest. The carpet was in rough shape and there was still garbage in the bin when we checked in. Stairs were also unavailable unless there was a emergency and their two elevators were very slow. Quieter part of town, but the windows were thin, so if there was noise, it was loud.
