We loved the quirky interior and the location is perfect, especially if shopping is in the agenda. There is Hotel and surrounding restaurants very close and the theatre next door.

Location is incredible. If they provided a top sheet on the bed I’d rate the hotel a 10/10. I’m a middle aged lady. I need options!

We enjoyed the decors and the design elements of the hotel. Somewhere to put shampoo bottles when taking a bath would be helpful.

It was lovely, different and theatrical, dark, mysterious and sexy. We loved that it had beauty and loads of charisma from a time gone by and just like Hollywood. The bed was amazing, like sleeping on a cloud. Also it was very quiet in our room, bit outside noise of the city which was surprising. If I’m honest the only things to be petty was the towels. 1. Although being lovely big towels they were not sort or fluffy. They were a bit stiff and harsh. 2. The confusion on how to get into and out of the building and to the level you needed to be on (could have been better explained) Minor things, so we had a lovely stay and lived it.

Beautiful Art Deco rooms. Fabulously comfortable bed. Blackout curtains for a lie in. Great shower. Beautiful bath products, Dyson hair dryer. The cocktail kit in the room was a brilliant idea. We should have stayed more than one night.

I loved that it was walking distance from a train station, the bed was massive and you could blackout the light with their curtains. The staff were very nice and helpful. I asked for extra pillows as I need a tough pillow to sleep on and they actually provided a harder pillow. A little bit hard to find if you’re not looking for it. When I got to the room, there was a cup that was used by someone else. There was a beautiful big bath but you had to pay for a bath bomb, the shower was beautiful temperature and water pressure but there was no door to stop the water from going out. The beds springs were quite squeaky.

Valet parking at front was amazing and staff who were dressed in the most amazing uniform helped us check.in. The room was nice it was more of a couple stay than for friends but was lovely. The bathroom was incredible and all amenities in there were great. Awesome beds! Great location. Stairs access to rooms. Sauna was not on site which was very disappointing. Restaurant did not have good options. Sliding doors in room to bathroom etc.

The property was such a different vibe to any hotel I have been to. Was so cool and funky. The room was massive and had such a nice bathtub ect. There wasn’t much space to store our suitcases as there was 3 of us. The robes were really tiny and didn’t fit up and the view was not the best for our room.

Eclectic interior decorating, very friendly, helpful staff and the upgrade. The doona was too hot with no option to not have it (no top sheet on the bed). We had to ask the staff the next day for a sheet.

The best part of my stay was undoubtedly the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the lady who checked me in was impeccable at her job. She immediately made me feel at ease and created such a positive first impression of the hotel. It was my first time staying at a QT, and I was really impressed. The location is also fantastic - incredibly central and convenient for everything. Overall, a great first experience and I would happily stay again. The only downside to my stay was the cleanliness of the room, which could have been better. It felt dated and a little grubby. I also found the room quite cold, despite having the thermostat turned up to the maximum temperature. These were relatively minor issues, but improving them would have made an otherwise very positive stay even better.
