Staff were helpful & friendly Location was awesome View from our room was excellent I know it can’t be helped but the waiting on the lifts at times was very lengthy

Close to everything No housekeeping in the day and if I didn’t ask I wouldn’t have had our turn down service, bins to be emptied and dirty plates and cups taken away. Coffee and teaspoons not replenished. Pretty disappointed with the room service . Buffet breakfast not worth it - some food wasn’t replenished so we missed out on some pastries yet we’re there 1 1/2 hrs before buffet breakfast finished I get better service on a cruise ship - had high expectations but they didn’t deliver

Fantastic location perfect spot. Rooms with stunning views Extremely hard to get into the bar/restaurant that is advertised for the best views have stayed twice now visiting from the Uk and unable to get in there
