We received an upgraded room because it was our 2nd long stay and our anniversary trip.We love the central location in circular quay and the best views in Australia in my opinion.

I LOVED the views, they were incredible!!! The staff were amazing, the bed was comfier than my own bed at home!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I will be back! I didn’t like leaving the hotel, I wish I could live there for ever!!

Not our first time staying and won’t be our last. The staff are amazing and the hotel ticks all the boxes that you’d want for a luxury hotel. I have no bad points to raise. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

Location is perfect to visit the Opera, take the ferry for Taronga zoo and other places The gym is old and the pool was closed for maintenance the whole week
