The location was excellent-just off Circular Quay-close to trains, ferries, restaurants and the Opera House. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed. A bit expensive ( although given the location it was reasonable) and lacking in character. No other complaints.

It was perfect location. Close to everything. If we needed to go further the train station was walking distance. We weren't able to connect to WiFi, kept getting message that issue will resolve. The beds! The beds were soo firm i would liken it to sleeping on a concrete floor. I woke with such a sore back. I dont know how id manage if I was staying for multiple nights
