Staff were very friendly and helpful The hotel is incredibly dark and noisy! I had hourly noise from downstairs when the staff emptied glass bottles into the industrial waste all through the night every hour!

Great location, great facilities for food and beverages. My gosh it was noisy until all hours of the morning. The problem with having access to great food and beverages is the bars are pumping all night and very, very loud.

The room and separate bathroom were huge. Lovely to have a proper bath. Lots of great little thoughtful extras - even had spray starch for ironing my linen shirt! It was pretty quiet, but they had earplugs. Mini bar was great, with cocktails. Such a great location, being able to have a night cap at Palmer and Co in the basement. Everything was great. Maybe the wine in the minibar was a bit pricey - $58 for a small bottle was a bit ridiculous!
