The Paradox is very well located. In the Sydney CBD, close to Circular Quay and the Rocks. The rooms are generous and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

almost everything went very well, my only complaint is about lighting in the room. I have a vision impairment and I found the room extremely dark. The indoor lighting was very "mood oriented", but not practical. I think there could be optional brighter lighting included because I'm sure you have many people staying in the hotel who have poorer vision due to age or eye conditions. The hallways are also quite dark. The rest of the hotel was light and bright and I really liked it in the reception and dining area areas. as above, lighting in the room.

It was very clean & good location for us The price per person for breakfast was too high so we went elsewhere.

Room was fairly clean. There was some dead bugs under the window along the carpet area. But overall the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was a little bland. Could do with a little bit more selection of foods. Maybe some omelettes or different type of egg selection. Add pineapple juice aswell.

As for the location we would have liked to see a nice view, rather the building The view

Location and facilities excellent Configuration of the bed. The only way to get into the far side of the bed was to climb over it.

The pool was not full. The slippers were too small.
