The location was excellent for our needs, close to Circular Quay. The staff were able to provide us with an early check-in as requested during booking - whilst not guaranteed, the staff made it happen. Nothing - the room met our needs for our short stay.

Great location, clean and beds very comfortable. Highly recommend. Rooms were small but didn’t mind it at all.

ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN BIGGER. MAIN PROBLEM WAS NOT HAVING 110V OUTLET IN THE ROOM. I COULD NOT CHARGE MY HEARING AIDS THAT REQUIRED A 110V PLUG OUTLET. THE 220V PLUG WAS ANGLED AND ALTHOUGH I PICKED UP A CONVERTER, IT ONLY CONVERTED THE OUTLET, (PLUG CONVERTER FROM AN ANGLED PLUG) BUT WAS NOT THE VOLTAGE CONVERTER (STILL 220V), WHICH MFG SAID WOULD HAVE FRIED BY HEARING AID (VERY EXPENSIVE). SO CHECK THAT OUT IF YOU'RE IN THE SAME SITUATION, WHEN TRAVELING AND STAYING IN SYDNEY OR OTHER DEVICES THAT CAN ONLY TAKE 110V PLUG. USB DEVICES WORKED FINE WITH ADAPTIVE CORDS.

Have stayed here so many times - very good value for money. Cant beat the central location. Rooms are small but clean and modern. Revamped lobby is great to chill in and the bar is also handy

The central location was walkable to all major sites. The staff was very friendly & helpful with providing information. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The room was a nice size, bed was so soft and comfortable, shower had good pressure. The location was great walking distance of restaurants and attractions. The view out the window was of the a/ c shaft and offered light but was opposite the lifts and light still came in the window at night around the curtain. Also you can’t order a wine until after 4pm.

The room was modern, clean and updated, the location was great, close to all Sydney has to offer. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Automated check in, very impersonal. We stayed the next night at the inter Contential hotel and were greeted by staff, and advised about all the properties features and restaurants which we utilised during out stay.

Breakfast was very good. The location is fantastic! The manager was great. Two restaurant staff members engaged in racist behavior. That was very disappointing! The rooms are okay, but need updating.

It was centrally located to tourist attractions & to transportation. It was clean & well maintained & secured. The bed was very comfortable allowing us a good night’s sleep. There was no noise disturbances since we were on the 13th floor. The staff was very courteous friendly & helpful. None

Great location. Easy access to all of the city, public transport. Perfect. Very comfortable. The air conditioning was either not working or not adequate. We did not mention this to staff but we couldn’t adjust room temperature at all. Too hot over night for sleeping.
