It was really close to central train station and just around the corner from the Capitol Theatre which was fantastic when heading back after a late night show with my young daughter.

Fabulous friendly and helpful staff, good location with cafe next door and dumpling place around the corner and easy walk to major attractions. Would have liked more coffee pods and to have equal numbers of herbal and black tea. A lamp would have been good

The location is perfect! The space is big enough for myself. I was pretty happy they gave me a room with a balcony. The staffs are very accommodating. I love the pillows too- so soft! It is aging so the unevenness of the surface near the lift and hallway.

Usually the bedrooms are okay, but we had stained sheets. Leaking aircon. Smelly rooms. Thinking about doing a chargeback since it was not at all as advertised.

It was a very nice room, bed was comfy There wasn’t any hot water, didn’t have a great view but it was fine because i was hardly there.
