Comfy bed. The wait for an elevator was dreadful. Waited up to 15 minutes for a lift. Would have been quicker using the stairs

This is very central to Hyde Park CBD, trains etc. It is an older property but staff are very accommodating and the room has everything you need. Older building means hot water issues, plumbing noise etc and no power points near the bed.

In the centre of the cbd We didn’t have a phone to ring reception. But they made up for it by offering another room, paying for breakfast and a bottle of wine.
