Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Even though things were a little out dated the room was clean. Could update old swollen bathroom cabinetry & improve old mattresses for better comfort.

Great location and good facilities. I did ask for a room overlooking the capital theatre, the room overlooked pitt street. I have stayed at the hotel several times this year and was disappointed this one request was not met.

Convenient location, fair price Bed linen was dirty, new towels were given but old towels weren’t taken away despite being wet, tv wouldn’t connect to internet so we couldn’t use it at all, walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbours constantly

It was barely decent Bed bugs, scary elevator, they advise parking but it’s just a deal with the parking garage up the block, then deal was more expensive than there rates, I called and asked if there was a place to unload and check in and after multiple times circling the block discovered it was just a loading bay that has no parking signs Explained all to staff, no care was given

The fact that it is across the road from the Capitol Theatre was the reason I booked it. The wi-fi did not work in the room and my granddaughters had to sit in the hall to use their ipads.

Location Staff is unresponsive , I left my piece of jewllery on table , I rang back after few hours & they advised they will get back to me , I am still waiting , I recalled & staff advised they dont know , I sent a message on app , No reply

Location is excellent, right next to central station and coach stops, shopping complex walking distance. Rooms were a bit small if you are a family, but for the price it was perfect.
