Is quite in the centre of Sydney, is quit convenient to train station. The check in counter is in a totally different build about 5 min walk for the place you expect to stay at, and there was no elevator

Very clean rooms Arrived early and waited until checked into rooms in the afternoon.

It was close to Central Railway Station and close to shops ,food outlets Shared bathrooms ( but they were excellent quality) . No lift to our room. However it was my mistake when I booked,not realizing that it was economy accommodations for young people...not for us in our late 70s. The staff went out of their way to help us. That's why I clicked ' excellent '

They will not put money back to my account from a cancellation and now Business Day 11. Taking so long for the Refund. There being Lazy and it is boring and hurtful. They broke the experience for $274. Just head mind game of hell of days of just the waiting, remember of if finished.
