Days Inn by Wyndham Syracuse

Room was a kind size and it seemed even bigger than that! Comfy bed, fluffy pillows, would’ve liked maybe a little thicker blanket to cover with but the room did have an extra on top shelf of closet area so that was nice. AC was on point and kept us nice and cold all night long. Shower was good with soap and shampoo/conditioner combo provided. Water pressure was iffy, but that would be the only thing with the room. Spacious, nice, covered recliner in the room, adequate shelving space and decent sized tv. Lighting was also good as some can be a bit dark. We didn’t grab breakie but did peep in and it had waffles, cereal, and some pastries and juice. We heft before taking it in as we had to go, but would’ve eaten had we had time. Staff was super friendly overall. I was looking for the ice machine and one cleaning lady told me it was on the first floor. As I started looking around another asked what I needed help finding and then directed me right to it. Super friendly. Would recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend if just passing through for a day or two

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. The wifi was intermittent and I could not get local news or weather. There was no coffee in the room. Yes it is in the lobby but that is not terribly convenient. The breakfast is all carbohydrates so not my preference. Overall I was satisfied with the accommodations.

We stayed for 2 nights, its worth for what you pay, decent breakfast. Front office people was helpful, we checked in at early morning 5am, they gave us a warm welcome, everything was good. On the day of return, some major mishap was averted, we stayed on 4th floor, where there's a window on the corridor which does not have any safety mesh. my 6 yrs old kid who's was very hyper on that day managed to open that window in the corridor and pushed half his half body outside the window. all this happened in a split seconds, where I was just checking out the hotel room and pushing the luggages towards the lift, i got panicked and sprinted towards my kids and pulled him out. pls ensure the hotel property is child safe

Breakfast was disappointing. The room was okay but felt dated. The bathroom is rather small. The beds were comfortable.

Great value and friendly staff. Room was better than expected

Not so good. Two people on front desk, one was on hotel land line for business, the other sipped on a drink and did nothing as another hotel phone rang and rang. I had same experience as they don't answer phone, I called from my room. Never answered. grrrrrrr. I went to desk and asked for another blanket as I was cold. She looked amazed. I was given a mattress protector. grrrrrrrrrr. Rude people

At the entrance, we were greeted by a very nice lady. The room was very spacious and clean, and the breakfast was really good, with eggs and sausages. Overall, everything was good except for an indian lady who works at the front desk. I called to ask for assistance with something I had accidentally left in my room, but she was very rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, her attitude and poor customer service left a very bad impression.

Breakfast is included. It may not have sausages, bacon, or a big hot breakfast selection, but they still offer a good breakfast considering the price. Overall, the value for money is definitely a 10/10. I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re looking for something clean, comfortable, and affordable.

Hotel staff was amazing. Had an issue with the first room. Was resolved very quickly with no issue. The room was pretty clean. A little out dated but not bad for the price.

The room was clean, if not up to date. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately [this booking app] allowed me to book a king suite when it was not available. We were given a room with two doubles instead. The desk staff was apologetic, but could do nothing to fix it. They did mention that they have a lot of trouble with bookings from third party apps - almost daily.

Hotel is not in good shape. Dirty not well maintained.
