Enjoyed our stay. One night in Syracuse. The hotel is newer. It is designed for extended stays. Bed was comfortable. The two issues we had were with the noise coming from the hallway. You could hear everything. The blinds are poor. They let a ton of sunlight into the room at 5am. There are no curtains or room darkening covers, just plain horizontal blinds. After a long day of travel and a late night meeting, bright sunlight directly in my eyes was poor. Overall not a bad stay but could be better.

Relatively new property - very clean and spacious. The room was utilitarian - kitchenette, bathroom, small eating area. No seating area other than a single chair, so the bed was the default for seating. Bed was comfortable and the large television was nice. The room was too light at night - needed room darkening drapes, and there was no way to turn off (or down) the bathroom's automatic light. Check in was delayed as there were no staff available for about 10 minutes. Location worked well for our visit. Price was reasonable, but a few easy changes would make this an amazing value.

The room is very comfortable, but in the kitchen there is nothing, not a pot, not anything to boil water or make a simple pasta, it seems to me that they must have the basic utensils at least.

Clean room, comfortable beds. Loved the kitchen. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Staff was so nice and very helpful.
-
The room was clean and had almost everything you could need. The staff was helpful, and check-in was easy. The only things I would recommend are coffee mugs, blackout curtains, and tissues.
-
The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The only thing you need to know is to bring your own hairdryer.

Will stay again. Very great price for what is offered.

Bed was very uncomfortable, someone was running some type of motor right outside the room multiple times throughout the day making it very difficult to sleep at night and in the morning. Did not even provide an iron in the room and there wasn’t staff available for most of the time to get what you need.

This location is very neat and simple and everything was well maintained. There is a kiosk for after hours check-in that was very straightforward to use. The only negative for me was I didn’t think the beds were very comfortable but otherwise this was an excellent location for a single or multi night stay it was nice to have a kitchenette and a full-size refrigerator freezer!

Great place to stay, very new, clean and modern. Room was spacious and check in/check out was quick and easy. The blinds do not close well. So during the night, the lights from outside came in, and by 5:30 am the sun was shining inside the room.

Easy self-check in even late night Bare bone room, if you are an extended stay guest you will definitely lack basic supplies. There's basically nothing in that kitchen. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. My AC did not work and the in room thermostat had an error. I had to crack open the window in the middle of the night.

Clean room loved the set up and would definitely stay again!

It was clean, reasonably priced, it was great to have a fridge and small kitchen space.

The Good. Clean well maintained building. Bed firm, HVAC works well

Room qas advertised with cookware, dishware, and utensils - only to find out they expect you to cook with a fork and knife because pots and pans apparently are not a part of the package. Only saving grace was the coffee machine in the lobby usable from 0430 to 1130 and even that was not usable as they didn't have any to-go cups available. Vending machine soda cost the same as a wash of laundry here. Room is decent sink and refrigerator were dirty and tv would drop connection intermittently or lose volume for hours.

Looks brand new! Really comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

In spite of receiving a confirmation of my reservation, the hotel overbooked and then did not let me know until I arrived that day that I did not have a room that evening. I had to scramble to find myself another place to stay. The staff tried to blame it on Booking.com saying they were the ones who cancelled my reservation, even though my Booking reservation showed that it was still confirmed. Only much later that night did I find out from Booking that it was the hotel that overbooked. I understand hotels do this, but the staff should have taken responsibility, instead of acting like it was my or Booking's fault and problem. And should have at least offered me help to locate another place or at least had a list of options in the area. It was my first time trying LivAway, and the experience does not make me ever want to pick them again when booking a place to stay.

I liked the room, spacious and comfortable, while the staff were lovely and the check in process simple. The gym facility was limited and the location secluded, however other factors made up for these shortcomings.

The property is new. It’s in carrier circle near a dennys. Lobby was very nice with a great mirror for pictures. You definitely get what you pay for. This hotel is a mix of college dorm with the furniture and amenities and quite literally some sort of emergency housing. In order to get more towels you have to turn your dirty towels in. The beds were low and cheap and not made to be sustainable for a long period of time in 3 months they will be on the floor. If you just need some where to sleep it suitable if you want comfortability and even a piece of luxury this is not it. And it was animals there like people had there dogs with them.
